By submitting a comment or any other information to WWE (a "Submission"), you hereby assign to WWE all of your right, title and interest, including, without limitation, your copyright and all moral rights, in and to your Submission and acknowledge that, as the owner of the Submission, WWE shall have an exclusive, unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, freely-assignable and irrevocable right to use, edit, alter, copy, reproduce, license, sell, rent, disclose, display, publish, prepare derivative works from, perform, distribute, exhibit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit your Submission, as well as your name, address, biographical material and any personal information included in the Submission (collectively, "Name and Likeness"), whether in their original form or as altered, edited, lifted or reproduced by WWE, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, in whole or in part, on or in any merchandise, media or technology now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, print media, television, radio and the Internet, for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, merchandising, entertainment or commercial purposes, without additional consideration to, or further authorization by, you. You understand that your Submission, or parts thereof, may be shown on television or the Internet, or otherwise used by WWE, in connection with promoting the 2007 Diva Search or otherwise. You agree not to make any claim against WWE, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents as a result of the use your Submission and/or Name and Likeness, including, without limitation, any claim that such use invades any right of privacy and/or publicity.
